I purchased a very pretty ring that I quite like. It looks just as it does in the photo ….silver band with a small pink sapphire. I did use the size guide on your site, but that came up with the wrong size. I can’t quite tell how it would otherwise look/feel. I’m trying to decide what to do about the problem, but I was otherwise very satisfied with my experience.

I have not received my order

Picture of earrings was magnified so they looked larger. When received, they were so small you could barely see the stone. The quality was horrible.

I ordered earrings from them on 4/27/25 and still haven't received a notice that they are shipped!! I've emailed them and they say to "be patient." It seems to me that I've been patient enough. They said the item was in stock when I ordered the earrings, so it should not take 17 days just to wait for them to be shipped!! I'm not happy with how long it is taking.

It is a beautiful ring. It is a great substitute for my lost wedding band. Perfect size too.

The website doesn't return you to where you left off when you choose an item to get more information and then hit the back button. Very irritating and time consuming. However your pieces are gorgeous. Of all the pieces I've bought, I've only been disappointed with one, and it was still very pretty.
