Once the items arrived they feel very light and cheap. I have worn the items one week and the gold color is already wearing off of the band. I love the style and so am very disappointed in the durability.

The "garnet" bracelet I received has orange stones. Nothing even close to garnet. And if you want to return an item, prepare to jump through a lot of hoops and pay a lot of money. Just don't purchase from this company. Because they are overseas, the return policy is a real pain and not worth the hassle...and they're banking on it.

I thought some earrings for a friend and they were way too big compared to the pictures online. Customers service was okay. They never called only emailed but they did respond and my friend was able to return them and purchase new ones. The replacements came and they were also too big compared to the website. I only gave them a two start for their response time. I would not recommend this company.

The item itself looked like advertised but was chunkier and I needed a delicate bracelet for my granddaughter. Several things make returning it difficult if not a total pain, the first being that the website doesn’t make the directions for doing so easy to find. For plenty more refund complaints see other reviews. But I wouldn’t order again. The site requires the use of PayPal, which requires multiple apps to be installed just to track the progress of the delivery. I didn’t do that and wondered if I’d get the item at all. Within 24 hours I received an email from the company notifying me that the bracelet was being prepared for shipping but it was just short of 2 weeks before an email came saying that it had shipped - no estimated arrival time. In the meantime a constant stream of offers arrived from the company in email as well as gratuitous email from PayPal. I’ll save myself the aggravation of dealing with this company in the future and will NEVER again buy from a source that requires PayPal or fails to state clear and easy return policies.
