Hello Kathie, thank you for sharing your feedback. Since our solar credits are based on solar production, they can vary throughout the year. This means that during the summer months, you will likely see higher reductions on your utility bills and corresponding Nexamp invoices. As we move into the fall and winter, when production is lower, you’ll be able to take advantage of the solar credits you’ve built up. Regardless of how many solar credits you generate in a given month, you'll still receive them at a 15% discount. Our team is committed to helping you maximize your savings throughout the year, so please let us know if you need anything further. Thank you for your continued support.
