Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that our enrollment process felt intrusive. In order to apply solar credits to your utility bill and help you save, we do require a signed contract along with contact and utility information so that we can coordinate directly with your utility provider. Our team works hard to make this process as secure and transparent as possible, but we understand that it may still feel frustrating. Hello Sandra, We’re sorry for the frustration and want you to know that we’re actively working with our mailing vendor to ensure physical invoices are sent on time. Please note that USPS delivery can take up to ten days, which may result in a delay after you receive the emailed invoice. All customers receive invoices via email and through their Nexamp online account. This ensures faster access to view invoices and provides the option to pay online for added convenience. The emailed invoice also includes a PDF attachment that you can download and print, which may help if you're mailing a payment. We’re always happy to assist further if needed. If you're ever trying to reconcile your Nexamp invoices with your utility bill, we recommend referencing the production periods listed on your Nexamp invoice, which correspond to when the solar energy was generated. We understand that this billing method can feel delayed, and we appreciate your patience. Please know that we work closely with our utility partners to minimize the time between credit application and invoicing as much as possible.
