NEW TOWN SPARESReviews of newtownspares.com

The service was excellent as throughout the entire process I was constantly updated about the product. I’d like to especially express my gratitude to Kevin Malick as he really helped throughout the entire process

Things worked out. A mistake in a advertisement got me to buy a drive, but they partially refunded my order to make it right, Satisfied.

The product was as expected , customer service was prompt , the website was easy to use, and when we did have a phone conversation the tech was courteous.

They we very knowledgeable and my order was place very quickly, which is important to my company and I received it quickly, can't ask for more than that. Cost was good too.

excelente atención de los vendedores Ryan, Kyle muy claros en su información, ahora solo pendiente el retiro por parte de mi agente de carga, ya que esto es para Chile

Kevin’s quick response and helpful guidance made my urgent purchase smooth and successful!!!

Kevin Malick worked diligently to get us hardware that would work for our business's desperate customer. The original Dell drives we wanted to order were deemed unsuitable for sale, but he was quick to reach out and offer a solution at a comparable price that would meet our customer's needs and get to us quickly. These were urgent parts and his quick work and considerate care were impeccably helpful. I will keep NewTownSpares in mind for future purchases for sure!

Very prompt, efficient service when I really needed it. Highly recommend.
