Ryan was wonderfully helpful, friendly, and informed, i ended up calling back three times for more information and he was professional, helpful, and courteous every time. He is an example of customer service and i will check back with New Town Spares for all of my needs.

They’re still actively listing an item I tried to buy with a current price, and an Add to Cart button. So given they already told me they couldn’t fulfill my order because the units were broken, I think reporting the listing as potentially misleading/out-of-stock inventory is reasonable. Plain and simple, I ordered it, first it was "delayed", then they canceled because the available units were "unusable", yet the same SKU is still being advertised for sale. It's fraud, and I can prove every part of it.

I want to assure you that our business operates with complete integrity; we never intend to mislead our customers. I sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation has caused. Let me explain our side of the story. During inspection, our technicians found that they were severely damaged. We refused to ship defective products that would only result in an inevitable return and disappointment. Instead, we chose total transparency. We informed you immediately that we could not fulfill the order and issued a full refund. Regarding the online listing, our system requires a short administrative delay to update channel availability after the warehouse manager marks an item as out of stock. We remained honest, responsive, and prompt. While I understand your disappointment regarding stock availability, please rest assured that we acted in good faith to resolve this as fairly as possible.

Kevin Malick made my shopping experience such a breeze! I needed to make a tax exempt purchase and he made it so simple and was extremely helpful. Thank you Kevin! This was my first time purchasing and it most definitely won't be my last.

Had the parts I needed at a price I could afford.

Communication was great! I placed an order and almost immediately got a reply back stating it will be shipped tomorrow, I guess they didn’t have any on hand. That was perfect. I didn’t have to guess or wonder IF I would get a crucial hard to find server part. But I got a response, said thank you I’ll take it Next day it was mailed Couldn’t be happier!

Awful, wouldn't recommend, I bought a kit of RAM for $1200~, I contacted support to see when it was going to be shipped and they said they have changed the product to out of stock and wanted me to pay another $1400 for it.

We hold our operations to the highest standards of integrity, and misleading our customers goes entirely against how we do business. To provide context: managing an inventory of over 140,000 SKUs makes maintaining real-time listing updates challenging. In your case, the used unit had sold out. To offer a working solution, our team suggested a brand-new unit from our latest batch as a top-tier alternative. Given volatile IT market pricing, and the clear difference in value between a used and a brand-new item, the price was higher. Since you declined the brand-new option, we processed your refund immediately. Thank you for your patience and I promise you to provide discount on your next order, as a token of apology.
