I have a 6 month CD that came due 12/5/25, and immediately requested the CD be closed and the funds deposited to my local bank. They said it takes up to four business days, yet we are on day six and I still don't have my money, nor does the bank have any answers.

Went on the online banking website, waited a few minutes, then got an immediate call as I selected. Within a few minutes, by providing all relevant info, the customer responder transferred the full amount from my matured CD into my designated external bank. They are really helpful, highly recommend Newtek Bank due to fast service, immediate results, and willing to listen to questions from customers.

I needed to effect a transfer from my Newtek savings asap. Kimberly was very helpful in advising me how to get this done. She was knowledgeable , patient, kind and I very much appreciate her service today. Kudos to her and I hope Newtek has many more employees with her same expertise and understanding
