Sue did excellent. Very clear communication. First loan officer not so great. Maybe a 2 star. Everyone else has been good as well. Only issue we had was after initial call loan officer was never reachable via phone or email.

My experience with Newtek was assisted greatly by Amber Marshall. I found that using Docu sign was complicated. Amber was patient with my struggle with Docusign. She explained the process clearly and was a tremendous help

Kai at Newtek, looked at my issue oragmatically and resolved it after multiple calls to resolve. Kai gets a 5 Star, Newtek gets a 4 Star. Everything works great once setup but it took a lot of patience before we got there with our company. There are definite advantages to Newtek vs other banks and im goong to stay with them because of that. And Kai showed me they do have quality thinkers in support vs script readers and the typical zero effort or care from other places. KAI is 5 Star. Newtek, give Kai a raise , he solved a recurring problem in minutes.
