I had a great experience with Newtek Bank, I was engaged with a Real Estate Transaction and had to get a large wire transfer done quicky for a time sensitive matter. My Banker Gina Lomutto was superlative at handling this transaction. She was patient and kind and stayed with me until it was done. Then when I told her it needed to be done very quickly to avoid penalties she had the wiring department expidite the transaction so everyone ovoided consequences and the Closing was completed. Then she followed up, called me back and let me know it was successful. I was very happy and think highly of Newtek bank because of her great work and kind help.

Gina helped me with my wire transfer and how to set up this service for future wires. She was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I appreciate her help. She made my Newtek Bank experience very helpful.

Probably the worse bank I've experienced in all aspects. They won't even allow me to move $$ into the account. You would think the banks are interested in getting money but yet again P.S.: They won't allow accessing statements on the app or accessing 1099 (i don't recall either they won't send by mail or won't let you view online ... was either one or the other)

They are extremely friendly and responsive with customer service to all my inquiries. Working with Ja'Kira, I was able to understand the process of updating my contact info and linking an outside account where I was struggling a little bit to navigate those processes. I am pleased with my Newtek savings account and look forward to continuing the relationship. Thank you!

This is my first tome with the loan process. Matthew Amundson and his team was so amazing. Matthew helps me through the process step by step. I was able to get in contact with him whenever I have any questions. He’s very professional and also he made sure all my questions are answered. He worked as hard along side of my process for a month and I am so grateful that I was lucky to have Matthew as my loan specialist.I don’t think I would’ve successfully close on my loan if it wasn’t for his dedication and commitment .
