Spent £1300 on my Invisalign. My bottom aligners didn’t fit even slightly, chased this up with NewSmile and after 6 months they finally got back to me saying I needed to pay for another kit to do more impressions, this is priced at £80. The communication is poor. Regardless of the mistake being there during the manufacturing of the bottom aligners they still wanted me to pay for the fault. Don’t waste your money, I’m not further forward with me teeth and they’ve got a lot of my money already.

I wonder why the company just answer the 4/5 stars messages… no answer for all those who are waiting for answers or money back. Very suspicious and not professional at all.

Do not use this company! They take your money but do not deliver the service! I sent countless emails, phone calls and nothing! Still being charged for a service I didn’t receive they are robbers

The gentleman that helped me online was very personable and nice! Did a good job in making sure the impressions looked good. The kit was easy enough to figure out, but the online assistance made it easier to know I had it correct.

The process was very easy and the Newsmilelife rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed this process more than I thought I would and would definitely recommend this company

Angel has been super helpful walking me through the entire process. I even missed my first appointment and she rescheduled with no problem. Her instructions are very clear and specific. Great experience!

I am loving NewSmile so far. I am seeing the change in my smile take place with each step and I am starting to gain more confidence with this. They are very responsive and always check up if they haven’t heard anything from me for a while to make sure everything is alright. For me, I have nothing bad to say about my journey so far. I would definitely recommend it.
