Angel was great and quite literally the angel I needed. She was calm patient and encouraging and helped me feel better about doing my impressions. As someone with a small mouth, I had a lot of anxiety about leaving the molds in so long and getting a good impression but she made it as easy as possible. Thank you Angel!

Extra £2000-£4000 required!
I have waited months for my treatment plan. Now I have received my treatment plan they are unable to straighten my teeth after their website states their alligners help crowded teeth. This is false. You will require to pay an extra £2000-£4000 for IPR if your teeth is crowded. I have been going back and fourth via email and as soon as I have enquired about a refund I stopped receiving a response. Not acceptable.

Hello Rafiur. I am so sad to hear about this. Our aligners are designed to treat mild to moderate teeth alignment at-home. When treatment is made at-home, our aligners move teeth in the most natural way without buttons, elastics, or IPR while providing an affordable price and convenience. In your case, IPR is required and you provided the option to seek a dentist for in-clinic help. The cost of our aligners has not changed and is the same as advertised on our website. The price you mention of £2,000-£4,000 is the quote for performing IPR from your dentist. Upon checking, our team has already followed up with our dental team about what else we can do to improve the treatment preview without IPR. We will get back to you as soon as we hear back from them.

Fabulous service from New Smile
Just had my online session for creating my teeth impressions. I was quite apprehensive about getting it right. Angel, the lady who I booked my session with is fabulous. She is a great ambassador for New Smile. She was patient and encouraging and set me at ease. Her knowledge of the whole process is excellent and she immediately realised that I needed a different size gum tray in order to achieve a perfect impression.
