I booked my 3D scan appointment, paid for it, had to schedule my time to be in central London for 2pm today and got an email at 1:21 to say that my appointment was cancelled (when I was already almost at the clinic. This partner clinic refused to serve me as they didn't receive the payment from NewSmile. I offered to pay myself second time and sort it out later but was refused. Not only I want to get the refund but I should also be entitled to compensation for my time and travel expenses!!!

I ordered the product a few months ago. The trays made me sick and when I tried to cancel the company was to aggressive. When I told the company I wanted to cancel they wanted me to pay for a 3D scan at a provider. As I told them I was on a work trip, and on the last two days they wanted me to go in however I couldn't due to work commitments. They take WAY to long to refund customers, which is over 3 months when I didn't even receive a final product and paid $1,849 for the product. Their customer service is horrible as is pressure tatics to get customers to stay. They will also blame the customer instead of owning up to their products. Do not use there is a reason they charge the full fee up front.
