Angel was my guide on making my impression not only did she walk me through she also answered all my questions that I needed answered. She did a great job! She should get a raise and be promoted. It takes a skilled member to make the new smile team great!

If everything goes well, I'm sure you'd give this company a 5-star review. However, if your second batch of aligners come faulty, you seem to have absolutely no way of getting in touch with someone who can sort it out. I have tried to escalate a complaint, but after being put in contact with the "supervisor", who has exactly the same job title as everyone else I've dealt with, she offered me a discount of $50 from some "refiner aligners", even though I've not even finished the treatment and am in the UK! £400 to finish my treatment!!! I am still collating evidence for my complaint and felt compelled to post on here to escalate. Update: Apparently, NewSmile don't like people's names in their reviews and flagged my post so that it wouldn't be seen. Strange how they don't do that with their fake positive reviews. Also, my dentist has told me to stop using the aligners as my teeth are in a worse place now than when I started. Do NOT use this company. Shocking.

Utterly disappointed with new smile, aligners are ill fitting to the point of being unwearable. Customer service is shocking, phone calls are rarely answered and emails go round in circles. Requests for contact details of complaints department are ignored. Avoid.

The impression specialist (Angel) was very personable and patient. She walked me through the steps and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. Haven’t sent off the impressions yet but will this week.

Angel was SO nice, patient, and more than willing to practice until I felt comfortable to do the final. I'm so thankful for Angel because she was an angel and I can't wait to start my New Smile journey!

You will save yourself many stressful hours by AVOIDING NEWSMILE. This treatment has not worked. I spent my time and hard earned money on failed impressions, in-person dental scans and countless calls for aligners that required many months of use, 23 hours a day, all to fail to straighten my teeth as promised in the treatment preview. Don’t be fooled by fake reviews on here or the fact the service is cheaper than the alternatives. The company are also particularly difficult to deal with and I am having to fight for a refund as I write this.

Please READ the refund policy because before you pay, if you are not happy with the preview treatment they will not refund the whole amount you paid. They will take a minimum of £215….and it could take 90 days to refund the money. They are very fast to take your money but extremely slow to refund you. Rubbish company!!!
