Do not use this company
Do not use this company! They false advertise. I gained nothing from there service and then charged me a cancellation fee after a absurd ordeal. They wanted me to pay to go see a dentist to take xrays.

wanted and additional $449 for the last few steps of treatment
Update: 3/26/24 NewSmile only responded here to keep up appearances. They never followed up with me I responded to their response below only to get a % off the cost for final steps to which I responded with the following: I spent a lot of money for “smile confidence for life” and NewSmile didn’t deliver. I will not be satisfied until NewSmile makes it right. I will not pay for the additional steps as apparently NewSmile gives a 50/50 chance when it comes to results. They never responded back. They do not care and do not stand behind their claims. Terrible communication with the company. I would get multiple emails regarding the same thing from different people or no response at all. I paid $2,000 for their aligners and completed the assigned treatment only to find I should have had more steps. My teeth were still offset and gapped needing at least three more steps for a straight smile. When I reached out to the company, they told me they considered 80% of improvement to be proper treatment and if I wanted the additional steps it would cost an additional $449. So if you want 80% of straight teeth and are ok with mediocre then this is the company for you!

Ordered a impression kit and they don’t…
Ordered a impression kit and they don’t ask a size they send you the smallest one , I messaged them to show them my impressions before sending them back with pictures they tell me my mullers are not in impression , and then go to tell me they sent 2 putty’s and a large kit with 2 top and 2 bottom with nothing to do it with !!! And then tell me I have to pay and order a new one!! What?!!! And never reply … ! Terrible in my opinion I was so interested now I’m on the edge ..
