I originally ordered aligners, my son had dental work, and they no longer would fit. I already paid $2000, originally and now had to pay an additional $500 for retainers, that I am really hoping work to fix his teeth. Meanwhile the order went to the wrong address in a different state, and I was told that it was the wrong tracking number. I just received an email that the package is being sent back to sender, and my package is still out there somewhere. I would not recommend to anyone, as I am still waiting for both sets of aligners for both my kids, and it has drug on for several months!!

I’ve just ordered retainers as I have had my treatment done a while back but Invisalign was going to charge $480 for retainers. I should have just gone with Invisalign - I’ve taken around 30 practice impressions but can’t get them right and the email advice I get is really vague: “just move the tray forward”. The googled another site and got good advice that actually my front teeth do t need to touch the tray - I’ve been pushing it in too deep. I wish I could have been told that. It’s usually a week before you get an email response too. I’m awaiting reply to a request for a new impression kit. Buyer beware - just go with the professionals and pay the money.

terrible company. Awful support. First 4 sets of aligners already fit my teeth. Final aligner doesn't look any different than the rest. DO NOT BUY. if you do chargeback asap.

I've had a very good communication with the whole team at NewSmile; people like Mishaa and the others are very supportive and help you with everything. I just received my Night Aligners, and am eager to start my journey with this. Hope the results will worth it. Thanks a lot to NewSmile! Will add more comments during the period of this process.

Mish was incredibly responsive, and even though it did take some time to receive the aligners, now that I have them, they seem to be working great!

Ordered in November it's May still no aligners. Do not order from this company. I never leave bad reviews but I hope other people see this so they don't order from them.
