I was able to settle $38k of credit card debt in 2 years. I could have extended my repayment, and paid less each month, but I chose to rub my pennies together to get it done faster. New Era settled at an average of 30% of what I owed. Their company is transparent. I was originally able to see every transaction on their website. My only issue was that they changed debt servicing companies during my time in the program, and the new company's website (Debt Pay Gateway) really sucked. My documentation was not all transferred over, and it was difficult to track my payments. That said, New Era customer service was very helpful, and responded quickly to all inquiries. I would absolutely recommend using New Era to help you get out from under crushing debt.
