So I haven't gone through the program but I feel compelled to leave a 5 star review because of the 40 minute free consult I had with Greg. I have spoken to probably a dozen people in the debt settlement industry. Many of them sound like predators. Greg patiently answered all of my questions and was a real human being on the other end of the phone. It's obvious that this company is the real deal. They have almost no negative reviews in 20 years of business and I can see why from my brief time with them. If I were to choose any debt settlement company, I would choose New Era.

Wonderful Experience This has been the best experience, working with New Era. They were so helpful and kind. They never made me feel bad for having debt problems, and were always easy to contact, and answered any questions I had. They helped me settle my debt for much less, and in a shorter time than originally expected. The website is also helpful and easy to manage. I highly recommend them!

If you don’t know if you should use this company. This is your sign. I can’t say enough good things about them. I was overwhelmed with my debt, I couldn’t keep up with the payments and I felt like I would never be able to pay off my credit cards. It was like a black cloud over my life, just looming over me.
