In 2019 I was deep in credit card debt. I first contacted one company but wasn’t satisfied so I looked online and saw New Era. I contacted New Era and first spoke with Anna Biggs. She explained the process which can be very stressful for someone who is new to debt consolidation. They were able to negotiate with two of my creditors, but then the pandemic happened in 2020. With me being home during the pandemic, I actually saved money and decided to use the money I saved during that time to repay my last creditor on my own, which I did earlier this year. Great experience with New Era, they helped me with a credit card and a loan that I was struggling to pay each month.
