New Era helped me settle more than $20k in outstanding debts for barely half of the original amount. They are very customer-focused and really do all they can to help you get free from debt. They set realistic expectations and goals for my program and were always quick to respond and assist with my requests. Operating as a nonprofit debt relief program means they really are looking out for the consumer, not some shareholders or corporate entity who demand high revenue. Their monthly maintenance fee is very reasonable and their settlement bonus is more than deserved. Thanks for all your work!

The staff was generally quite good at communicating how the program works, what had to be done, the fees involved and what the expected outcome was likely to be. Although most of the accounts were settled according to plan, there was a large one that had a hiccup at the end of the process and it appeared that I would have to pay off the entire amount of the debt rather than the 50% as originally estimated. Even though I did pay the full amount, New Era stayed on the case and within a few weeks, got the creditor to issue me a check for 50% of the full amount I paid. They never stopped working on my behalf.
