There was a little issue in the middle in which there was a mixup as to which accounts my deposit should be distributed to and also once as issue as to who had decision-making power over accepting a negotiated settlement offer from a company, but for the most part I was able to settle my accounts on my timetable, so I'm grateful for that. I originally started with a debt solution company called Gateway, which after about a year in the program was closed down. I was eventually connected to Ray Hernandez of New Era. Rey was amazing and always available when I had a question. I found him to be the light at the end of the tunnel. Rey never made me feel embarrassed about my situation and with his help; I was able to complete the program at least 18 month in advance. I would definitely recommend New Era, specifically Ray Hernandez if you find yourself in a financial nightmare.
