Scam & Illegal Solicitation!
Scam!! We filed our annual statement and BOI for 2025 on time, months ago. Sending this kind of solicitation is libel and illegal. “Michigan Annual Statement Past Due: February 15, 2025. The annual statement for _____LLC is past due ____LLC may be administratively dissolved or revoked if the Annual Statement is not filed within the grace period”.

We’re sorry to hear that you viewed our mailed notice negatively. Business Filing is an independent private filing service that assists business owners with annual reports, renewals, filing preparation, reminder services, and related business support. We are not affiliated with any government agency. Our notices are intended to remind business owners of upcoming or potentially outstanding filing obligations while providing the option to use our filing services or file directly with the state on their own if they prefer. In some cases, mailing timelines and state processing updates may overlap, particularly when filings were completed recently before notices were delivered. Our notices are not intended to suggest that filings completed and accepted by the state are invalid, and recipients who have already filed are advised to disregard the notice. We also want to clarify that administrative dissolution or revocation for failure to file required annual statements is an established state process, not a fabricated claim. Many business owners choose to use professional filing services like ours for convenience and ongoing support, while others prefer to file independently, and we respect both choices.
