We do email customers that have done business with us before that have specifically requested that we notify them of important dates and deadlines regarding their business. We do not have any means of knowing if you used another service to file an annual report. Depending on your state, there are hefty penalties for filing reports late, and if you note in your application that you are late, we will include that fee in your total cost.
