It was much easier to apply and process than I expected. It was also a bit less expensive than anticipated. I received my documents via email within two weeks. My only complaint is that I wanted the business to be filed using my first initial and full middle name, but it was completed with my full first name and no middle name or initial. I believe this is due to the use of my personal SSN. I will check into having it changed/corrected later.

Convenient service but I found out later that filing for the EID is free if you do it yourself so that kind of sucks but it's okay. It really is pretty convenient that they can do it all for you in a few clicks. I'm satisfied.

It’s easy enough to use

I appreciated the simplicity of updating my LLC document but was shocked at the fee increase from $10 to #75. Really? Is the Sec of State now a profit center?
