We had some issues integrating Accupos with our Sage Canada software however Mike has been wonderful and extremely helpful in rectifying any issues that come up. He tirelessly tries to find a solution to every problem and has been successful every time. We really appreciate all of his help and we are now running smoothly and are so happy we added Accupos to our retail store!

We have been a customer of Accupos for decades. We recently upgraded to their Android POS System and I wish we would have done it sooner. Their customer service line is always reliable. We normally speak to Claire or Mani. Both are helpful! It's always great to speak with someone you know person who is already familiar with our business.

We just signed with the company and Darren was very helpful fixing a misunderstanding. He talked with his manager in a prompt manner and we got the issue resolved. Thank you Darren you work hard for the company to keep the clients satisfied.

Darren is amazing needed to order 2 printers with overnight expedited shipping he made sure it was taken care of ... then he went above and beyond making sure fed ex delivered on time.. he also expatiated my installation as soon as they came in... Incredible customer service especially when I wasn't the happiest being my system was down for a short time... thank you Darren ... you are the best of the best !!!
