If you are reading this review after placing your order I really feel sorry for you ... My Order #: 505844 On May 12, 2020 i placed order for an item that was in stock and that will be shipped in 5 to 8 days. Today is July 3 , Newark failed to ship the item, refused to refund the money and refused to respond to email or answer any call to resolve the issue You can place an order online but there is no option to cancel it. None of the item listed are in stock and its just a scam to take your money. Those items are possible obsolete and you would never see them anywhere except in Newark electronics where it will be in infinite quantity. Once you place the order the claimed 7 business days will become 3 months and you will not be able to cancel it because they dont have any process to cancel it. Then comes the scam(call) centers from India. The customer support agent will ask you to contact sales agent and sales agent will ask you to contact customer case. After several calls back and forth they will start giving numbers which no one will answer. Then the scam centers will start giving false information that the item is already shipped and they will call you next day with the tracking number. That day will never come. One scam center agent said that the item was not shipped because its out of stock . Another agent said its was already shipped. I had sent several emails (one email per day) asking to contact me as i was moving out of the current address and to deliver to a new address. This was when the item was not even shipped. But i did not get a single reply for my request. In the final mail i received they showed me middle finger and said they wont change the address, wont refund the money and the item will not be shipped. Probably the worst people i have dealt in my life. The item i wanted was for a very important project. Please save yourself from all these trouble and avoid dealing with this fraud company.

Website falsely claims the item available on 06/29/2020. But after ordering the item, the shipping date on the item is 09/28/2020. Very bad customer service. Could not reach them either email or 1800 number.

I use Newark on a regular basis and have done for many years. Their customer service has always been horrific, but since they've changed their customer service to india it has got even worse. No-one responds and if they ever do they are no help at all. Newark know that a lot of business have to buy from them. I use them only in emergency situations, all my major business is done through companies who care about their customers

This is the worst customer service i have ever had from anyone. ordered 2 horn tweeters and 1 is bad. In 2days i have fought with them over replacing the bad item. Word of caution please stay away from this company.I will be calling B.B.B. and file a report.Order number was 531558.Over 8 hrs in 2 days and still no result.I guess my next step is B.B.B.

Newark doesn't allow calculating of their outrageous shipping charges until you complete your order. If you're trying to order parts that used to be from MCM electronics, they do indicate that they will come from their facility in the UK but what you don't know until the order is placed is that for a $5.00 item that weighs about 5oz they'll charge you nearly $15 for shipping and handling. They really screwed up MCM which was a wonderful, caring, decent company. I'll be going with UT Source for my older and newer IC's and anyone else for the rest of my accessories. Did someone also buyout Newark Electronics? Even they were never this bad. What a ripoff.

Completely incompetent customer service department. I have been trying to return, exchange, or repair a defective product since mid February and either keep getting a run around or ridiculous replies from customer service. Reached out at least 5 times and everyone sounds like they are drones reading a script. No common sense with these people. Customer service manager must be hiding in a bunker somewhere because they are completely absent.

Stay away from doing business w these Incompetent people. One part took 4 days to ship though requested overnight service and was shipped at the wrong address.
