I ordered the Sherlock wool coat as a Christmas gift. There was a mishap on DHL’s end, plus I got the incorrect size. No worries. New American Jacket’s customer service went to work to make everything right. Plus they stayed in contact with me the whole way until delivery. I have not had that feeling of the customer being the highest priority in forever. They took very good care of me. Once I got the right size coat, well that was just icing on the cake. This coat is incredible. Absolutely wonderful. My wife looks amazing wearing it and I could not be happier. I will do business with New American Jackets again and recommend them to anyone who reads this. Don’t hesitate to make a purchase. This company is top notch all the way through and through.

I recently received a Gavin Reed jacket from New American Jackets. The quality is amazing, it fits very well on me and the looks of it is exactly as in the pictures. I ordered a jacket on Nov. 24, 2018. I received an email the following day to confirm the size. I received a shipping email through DHL express that stated my order should arrive on Dec. 5. I received my order early on Dec. 3. The jacket is real leather and looks great. It does run a little small but still fit great. I cannot wait to give it as a Christmas gift. I received multiple communications from Tina the sales executive to make sure that I was satisfied. This was a very pleasant buying experience with excellent communication and fast shipping. I would definitely recommend this company.

Honestly I don’t ever do reviews, but this jacket deserves it. The customer service was not the best, VERY delayed email responses with incorrect names and what not(nothing to worry about), the jacket took a week and a half to ship. HOWEVER, it arrived today and man was I impressed. The quality of the jacket and even the smell was so new and neat, beautiful really. The sizing is a little iffy, I am 5′ 8″ 135 lbs and I got a small in mens which was pretty perfect for me but I do feel like and XS would have sufficed. Even came with a free pair of sunglasses and travel bag!! Will buy from these guys again, top notch product.

The pink jacket I ordered is fantastic, now it has to be said it took 6 weeks to recieve it . However i was able to keep track of it through email with the company. So be patient its worth it .
