The name implies that it's an american company but it's actually pakistani. They guarantee to deliver between 8-10 days but you better ad 20 days. And than the jacket itself , waaw ! I ordered the Ricky Gervais After Life brown jacket and i got a brown jacket alright. Completely diffrent hue , chest size was ok but you better have the biceps of a 12 year old girl , sleeves are way to narrow. I can't say what kind of fabric they used but it looks like a duvet or quilt. So lesson learned and never ever order from them again.

I looked all over the internet and New American Jackets was the only place I could find Gentleman Jack coats! I am tremendously pleased with the quality of the coat and the customer service! They contacted me by email to confirm the size by me giving my measurements, and the coat fits perfectly! Even my mother, who was quite skeptical about ordering a coat online, now says how wonderful the quality is and how much it was worth the cost! I am sure I will purchase more in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend New American Coats to everyone!

My daughter wanted a Southside Serpents jacket for her birthday. It's all she really asked for. So my husband and I decided to get her a real leather one as the 'cheap' fake leather jackets are $50 and would no doubt be ruined in a few months time. Spend $150, it lasts virtually forever. I shopped around online for about a week. New American jackets had the red one she wanted and competitive prices. So I took the leap and ordered it. I was emailed a few hours later to ask if I was sure of the measurements. I was(glad I didn't just guess because the women's sizes run small). I received the jacket in question 4 days after placing my order. And WOW. It's absolutely stunning. Very heavy, extremely well made. Just all around great. I waited a few months to write a review. I wanted my kid to put it through the ringer first, as I knew she would. Now that summer is here and it's put up, I can safely say this jacket was made to last. It looks brand new. And for my tom boy, that's impressive. 10/10 would recommend this company and specifically this jacket. I'm buying my husband a jacket from this company for his birthday and I'm confident he'll be able to wear it for the rest of his life.

The jackets I purchased are of high quality leather and fit very well. The customer service and communication was also very good. My only issue would be that I would have preferred some pictures of the actual item instead of only pictures of the outfit as seen on the character in-show/in-movie, as while the jackets are of high quality as stated earlier, they are not the exact same as seen on the show/movie.

Paid for guaranteed shipping of 4 - 6 days, it has been over 2 WEEKS and my jacket still has not even been shipped out. I've sent multiple emails with little to zero responses on what is going on. This company is complete garbage
