This product is drop shipped from China. I placed an order and was sent a different style of curtain, I reached out and was told they could replace it with the correct style. When the replacement came the measurements were wrong and they didn’t fit my window. I reached out again to try and find a solution and was ignored. I eventually had to dispute the charge on my credit card and was able to successfully charge back the funds
