Took a gamble ordering from this company as I hadn’t heard of it before and they had very few reviews. So glad I took a chance! The quality is fantastic and they have amazing customer service. I couldn’t find the style that I was wanting anywhere else (relaxed Roman) and they had exactly what I was looking for - I’m so happy with the quality and style. We had a few issues that customer service has been so quick and accommodating to resolve.

These are beautiful! Great black out. Amazing price However, The instructions said To deduct an eighth of an inch. I would not deduct anything. They are letting too much light in from the side. I feel like it is a true fit when you measure the inside of the window.

The curtains look amazing, perfect length and the customer service was brilliant. Easy to install too!

These are great blinds for the price point. We ordered the Ramie Bamboo Shades with white lining. Quick shipping and easy to install. Very happy with our purchase. For bedrooms order the thickest blackout lining, the white fabric lining we ordered allows some sunlight to flow through but still very pleased. Would definitely order again.

Updating my review. I had written about two main issues: the shade material and the visible top-down hardware (plastic) pieces. Upon writing my review, I received a message from the company who quickly and seamlessly addressed both issues and sent new shades within a matter of days. Very happy with the new shades and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Hi Annie, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. Regarding the natural nodes in the ramie fabric, these slight inconsistencies are characteristic of this natural material and part of its unique texture. We understand this may differ from expectations, but we hope you can appreciate the organic qualities of the fabric. Best regards, Neutral Curtains
