Kyle at Neptune Flood was fantastic
Kyle at Neptune Flood was fantastic. He answered all my questions and patiently walked me through all the options. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I not only walked out with a great quote but also learnt a few new things. Thanks to Kyle! I highly recommend Neptune for their online quotes (instant with no email required gimmicks) and a very easy to use tool which allows you to play around with coverage and see the premiums change. I could have probably done the whole thing online, but glad I spoke to Kyle.

I spoke with many agents..I admit
I spoke with many agents..I admit, I ask a lot of questions so I understand what I am buying...Plus this was a confusing transition from Palomar to Neptune via USAA with changes in coverage and to transition without a waiting period.. Finally landed with Ian Kolbinskie who was very patient and willing to ask his manager for info when he was unsure of something. That is exactly what I want in anyone I deal with...to take that extra step. Ian was both willing AND able to find answers to my questions. This man really works to bring carrier and client together. Ian is a definite keeper and deserving of the 5 star review.
