I am a new client and I had a need to make a change to the named insured and to add an additional insured to our policy. I was quite stunned to find that from the time I sent my first email request for the changes at 3:52 p.m. today, I got an email at 7:30 p.m. with the changes and the new declarations page. Thaknk Emory!
I had to call back because the first customer sevice representative did not take down my email address correctly. There was a long wait time so needless to say I was a bit frustrated as I was trying to get things completed between business meeitngs. That's when I was connected to your representative, Emory Amir. I work as a real estate broker managing residential real estate sales and property management so I know what excellent customer service should entail. You guys have a gem with Emory, he was proefessional, respectful of my time, and a problem solver. I would hire him in a second at our brokerage so please give that man a bit of recognition for a job done exceptionally well. Aloha!
