Overpriced for less coverage... if I could give 0-stars, I would... They won't let you cancel... What is this communist Russia, China?... I'm the customer, if I want to cancel & get coverage somewhere else, I don't care if it's before, during or after policy is active... It's my right to do what's best for me! That's why they have a thing called "ProRate"... Unless they're going to pay the overcharge, they should have NO say to dictate in my financial business. They suck... you've been warned.

They quote a low premium, waits for your policy to cancel with old company and say they have an error to increase premium

I've been trying for 3 days to get someone to help me with a flood quote. On hold for over an hour 3 times, then to be disconnected by Emory. I had to send emails and was promised by more than 3 employees that someone would reachout to me but never did. In addition to that, the employees replying to my emails did not leave a way to respond....Not a good way to treat people

HEY...Less than 1 star BTW,,,,,, So I went thru a lengthy conversation with Representative April, and finally received a quote, although it went to the wrong email address,, I specifically requested it be sent to another email for printing purposes ! So I had to call them back getting a confirmation of the email address and it was in fact sent to the wrong Email (On Accident) Hummmmm... So The quote was 3 pages long and didnt include fine print, which I believe is paramount, given todays Corp. Side Hustle you get at every turn, I found that after specifically NOT wanting Personal Prop. coverage because (It is a rental) I was given a quote including 100K Personal property coverage anyway ! Hummm "Again" But my biggest concern is over having chosen 40K for Temporary living expenses,,,,, ONLY to find out APRIL FAILED to mention that only 75% of the 40K would be provided upon a flood claim..... Why would she fail /intentionally leave out this SMALL bit of information? Run... Don't walk... First impressions are lasting ones.......

They charged me for a cancelled policy and claim that since they us 3rd party billing they can not return the funds. Someone has over $600 in a policy premium for a policy that is cancelled and Neptune is refusing to assist getting my money back that should not have even charged in the first place. This happened over a month ago and I am still trying to get is resolved. Will never use again.

This company is using other insurance companies to require their insurance and if you don't get the insurance they will still charge you. Very unethical!

Flood insurance is an optional product for my location. I tried Neptune Flood and decided not to renew. The company has renewed the policy without payment and will not stop baggering me for payment, citing that it's "the law" and policy. I informed both my agent and Neptune Flood that I would not be renewing. The company states they will cancel the policy (that I did not sign for) after 30 days of "non payment". I don't appreciate being labeled as "non payment" and have a feeling others with outstanding credit histories would feel the same. If I ever need Flood insurance again, this treatment will definately affect who I decide to chose and hopefully help others be informed as well.

This company is a ripoff. They cancel your policy cause the don't ask all the appropriate questions and you have to tell them they missed something during application. Your honest with them and then they cancel cause they messed up and won't give you your money back. I have called a numerous of times and they keep saying it should not be much longer
