Nelson Coleman JewelersReviews of nelsoncoleman.com

I when to Nelson Coleman to buy an engagement ring, there I met Lauren and she was an enormous help. She worked through everything with me from the diamond to the setting. My fiancée loves her engagement ring! Lauren is great and the entire staff is nice and friendly. I highly recommend Nelson Coleman and there is no question that I will continue to do business with them.

I decided to go to Nelson Coleman to get my now wife's engagement ring. I went in and and spoke with Lauren. Lauren was very receptive and helpful. I did not feel pushed to purchase anything, nor did I get the normal slimy salesperson vibe. Lauren was a great as well as every other employee that we have dealt with there. I had walked out on several other jewelry stores prior, and did not once feel that way at Nelson Coleman. The employees at Nelson Coleman definitely seem to actually enjoy their jobs and the customers they serve. I also have no problem traveling over an hour one way to purchase my jewelry. I have purchased an engagement ring, wedding bands, and a watch from Nelson Coleman. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks to everyone at Nelson Coleman who have made my experiences with you so great. See you soon.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable.

We have used Nelson Coleman twice now-- once to have my family heirloom rings sized and again to purchase my husband's wedding band. Both experiences were wonderful. Michelle took great care of us and Erik, their jeweler, did an incredible job on both of our rings. There was a pre-existing nick in the center diamond on my wedding band that was a small concern because I was having the ring reduced by several sizes. It ended up being no issue at all, it came out perfectly. They even rushed my husband's wedding band being sized after we decided to elope last-minute and ended up needing it in a hurry. I recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to be customer.

Fine experience in shopping for earrings and having my rings cleaned. Thank you! Betsy Lafferty

Great group of people working at Nelson Coleman. Helped my wife and I get exactly what we were looking for at very good price.

I like Nelson Coleman because they are friendly to everyone who walks in the door. Though they are a high-end jewelry store, they always have some pretty and original pieces that aren't too costly; if you tell them you don't have a lot of money to spend, they are just as agreeable and interested in what you choose as if you were shopping for something expensive. The jewelers there seem to really understand gems, and even have little placards inside the cases explaining why one diamond, for example, is more costly than another that looks similar to the untrained eye. They never make a customer feel intimidated, and they never apply pressure. The salespeople are refreshingly genuine and cordial, and there are often candies or cookies to snack on.

Communication throughout the process, delivery dates were met, last minute appointments made available and the perfect engagement ring produced.
