I brought a ring in for a repair. A stone had fallen out. They gave me a quote, which I agreed to. About 4 weeks later they said they could not match the color, and would have to specially cut a stone, adding $344 to the price. Three weeks after that they called and asked if they could start the repair. I was shocked as I thought they had already started the repair. They said it would not be done for another 5 weeks. They still have the ring. I will never use their services again.

Nelson Coleman offered me 10% off when I ordered a wedding band. They neglected to place the order for two months. When I finally went to pick it up, they refused to give me the 10% off and forced me to decide between paying 10% more than original or be without a wedding band for my wedding.

Good customer service. They answer all my queries promptly. Easy to order on their website.
