The staff is friendly and low-key. There is no pressure but you are serviced promptly when you are finished looking. I was encouraged to try on pieces and take my time. I thought that the prices were fair.

Mark and Jaci were enormously helpful in helping us design a stunning necklace for my daughter’s 50th birthday! Couldn’t have have done this without the two of them!

I have been buying from Nelson Coleman for over 30 years and never failed to receive the best treatment and most courteous attention.

The staff is always courteous. They deliver what they promise. Nelson Coleman continues to be one of Baltimore’s premier jewelers because of the quality and value they provide. When I needed a unique engagement ring, they worked with me to make it possible. When I needed a second ring to celebrate my wife’s consecration as a UMC bishop, they worked with me to make it possible. This is good stuff.
