They duplicated my ring for the second time I had lost the first one. It was beautifully done remade.especially when I had to replace it because. I lost the first one. I had made for me it was custom made. The only kerfuffle is when I came in a couple times to try my ring on they couldn't find it so, I could do that so I had to come back in the store a few times until I could do so but otherwise, they do a fantastic job making custom designs ; and duplicating .And making wonderful jewelry from scratch and I feel at home there special recognition to Jake. He gave me a resource to a renters insurance policy. That could cover the possibly cover my ring and or my property so that this would never happen again. If I lost this piece of jewelry mean so much to me. I end up getting travelers insurance so that if I ever lose that ring again. It will be replaced no problem kudos to Jake and everyone at Nelson Coleman. Signed anonymous loyal and long-term happy customer. :)

We have been customers of Nelson Coleman Jewelers for over forty years. The company has been a family business for over three generations. One owner is expert in estate and antique jewelry. There are on-site gemologists, designers, goldsmiths and artisans. Some in the shop are relatives of the owners, but everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. We have purchased many items, both expensive and not, and we have traded and sold items on consignment. All deals have been fair and cordial. Hopefully, we will continue to use N-C as our jeweler for many years to come.

I was looking for someone to size my ring up I went and met with Claire and felt so comfortable letting her take care of my jewelry .. she went above and beyond to help me she was so knowledgeable and friendly .. I finally found a place that I will love to get my repairs done and shop for new pieces of jewelry and the jewelry there was to die for ... Thanks Claire for all your help ... She even cleaned my jewelry I wasn’t having repaired 😋

Nelson Coleman is my go to place for jewelry. Their estate jewelry section is my favorite and it far outstrips the holdings of other jewelry stores. The N C family of employees are friendly, knowledgable, and personable. That makes shopping there a very pleasant experience.
