I found an add on Facebook for 50% off jewelry repair. I was blown away by this store. Their selection of jewlery and all of the associates were the nicest people I have ever met. There was never a moment when I was looking around that I felt pressured into buying anything. The jewlery repair was quick and seamless. When we picked up the repair we did end up purchasing a necklace and earrings. I would highly reccomed this store!

My wife and I found the most beautiful elegant jewelry at Nelson Coleman Jewelers! We felt welcomed and well served from the moment we entered the store. Mark Coleman helped us find an exquisite pearl necklace and matching pearl earrings for my wife to wear at our son's wedding. He also helped us to choose the perfect cameo. Many years ago, I chose my wife's wedding ring at their old downtown location. Thank you, Mark and your wonderful staff!

I'm a VERY demanding customer and few companies get 5 stars from me for anything. But ... Nelson Coleman has been exceptional so far. I have bought half a dozen pieces and everything has been great. Prices have been excellent and the service has been stellar. As I said, I'm very demanding and have little tolerance for average or poor service. I also had a repair done to a ring I didn't buy there and the service was excellent too. The staff I've been working with are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I have ZERO complaints. The only suggestion I have for Nelson Coleman is to keep doing what you're doing!
