Excellent service and everything was done online. I was able to get things done using very little of my own time. Broker worked with me and was able to get me my loan.

We spent 6 months trying to close a loan through neighbors bank. We were pre-approved, sent a million documents they requested, had the down payment ready and were told the process would close within 10 days to 2 weeks They even sent us a key chain and congratulation note on our new home. After all this they would not process the loan. They only gave us an "undisclosed" as a reason. We lost the property and now have to start the whole process over. DO NOT USE this bank, they don't know what they are doing and it cost us dearly!!
