So there was a couple that were going for a home and ultimately was screwed over by the company due to nonsense thus putting them on the streets and they had no where to go. Avoid at all costs

Joshua Falke is a great loan officer to work with. This was my first time purchasing a home. He answered all my questions, explained the process every step of the way. and kept me updated. It was nice receiving a text every Friday with a quick update on where we were in the process.

Ethan was so very helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning to the end of my process. He and the rest of the TEAM were always there to answer all of my questions or concerns. Great Team effort to get my get my family and I into our home.

Working with Reed was great. He would explain things if I ask and worked tirelessly to make sure our journey ran smoothly. When I had an issue with a loan coordinator he addressed it also and didn't make me feel as if they were better than me. He was patient when certain documents couldn't be obtained and was very reassuring when I was worried about things not betting done by closing.

Our loan officer Cecil Anderson was very helpful, walking us through the process. He helped us understand what was going on since this was all new to us. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you for being such a great listener Cecil!
