This company charged me $150. which I THOUGHT was a great price for title transfer and registration. After I paid it, I get a email reading that they debited my account for an addition $138. for title/registration when I called them I was told the initial $150. was a service charge. So I cancelled my order and they have yet to refund my money.

Scammers! They may their site official, so people accidentally pay for their "service" when paying your tags is free if you go to the correct site. Why do these companies exist if it's not to scam people? I contacted the BBB, and they refuse to assist because they believe they cannot do anything about the price, but they failed to note the complaint about being a FRAUDULENT business. Why is the BBB not concerned about these fraudulent companies? So, are they also protecting fraud? They are a total joke!

They overcharge insanely (100$ extra). Make sure to renew your registration on the DMV website itself, not needtags.com. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS.

They charged me $72 over for "service" fee! I couldn't find my renew her notice so I couldn't remember how much it was. So frustrating especially in times like these. Never doing this again! It's better to go to the grocery store apparently some have a machine you can pay it there.

These are thieves and scammers! Please do not be foolish, and go through the official DMV website like I should have.

The downloaded registration document which they claim is valid is NOT valid because the downloaded document cannot contain the official State of California seal. They claim that the one they mail DOES have the official seal. But is you are only paying for their service so that you can have an immediate official registration document without waiting for the mail, then you are being scammed, and they do not give refunds.

Do not use this company. I paid for my tags and overnight delivery. They said the shipper lost the parcel and to contact the shipper. Their customer service is horrible and I never received my tags! I asked for my money back or replacement tags and they did not do either. They charged me the money and kept it because they sure did not send my tags to me. This is a scam company. Do not use

I placed an order to renew my registration, (I was late… it slipped my mind) I received a confirmation email instantly letting me know my order was processed. I received a digital copy of my registration. my registration and stickers arrived the next day!! This must be the best thing out here!! I avoided standing in a long line at the DMV and I was able to provide my landlord the digital copy of my registration.. 2 birds 1 stone!!
