They were extremely patient with helping me complete the DMV forms and walking me through the process, what to expect, etc.

I like the connivence of this service. However, I did not like how I was directed on to this service. I was on CA DMV and unknowingly got directed to this service. The web page looked just like the DMV official site, except the cost is 10-times higher (~$150 instead of $15). After all it saved me a lot of time with someone helping me to get the title transfer done via mail /e-mail and I did not have to go to DMV in person. If anything I would suggest to make it clear that is is a CA DMV partner and pay service and make the website look less in the look/feel of CA DMV.

I was worried at first because I did not send in all of the correct information. Esperanza contacted me and sent a list of what was needed. Sent the missing items and everything was a success. Thanks Esperanza.

The experience had pros and cons. The process was quick and easy to deal with. An outline of the exact fees would be helpful. June was quick to respond with email which I appreciate. It wasn't cheap but it was efficient.

A+ for not having to step foot into the DMV. A+ for customer service, Esperanza, was on it every step of the way and VERY responsive. Fix a spelling error immediately! B- for the cost of service but I'd do it again if it means I don't need to go the the DMV.

Quick and painless. Didn't like the exhorbitant third party fees. It costs registration plus $160 in processing fees for having it handled online. Convenient for you, not for your wallet. Would also be nice if they took the processing fee at the same time as registration, not 2-3 days later. But like I said, it was incredibly easy.
