A TOTAL SCAM
I agree with so many of the the others who gave Nebroo a rating of one star. I had the same experience with the phone and email contacts, long waits that never picked up for service then returns. Email requests get the same standard response each time referring you back to the phone line. The responses the company gives to my fellow one raters is the same dumb line about problems with the phone lines over a period of weeks. That looks like the same preprogrammed response as you get when you email. Any legitimate company would insist on a solution to a phone issue immediately!! This outfit seems like a total scam. I was sucked into their extra services on top of the non-functional product they sent after a two week wait. A TOTAL SCAM!!
