I thought that all was lost, however, Shiela was able to diagnose the failure with my original hearing aids and promptly replaced them. VERY GOOD JOB!

My father purchased Nebroo hearing aids and they are horrible. We called to return them and after an HOUR of holding they hung up on me. Then we called back , same thing. DO NOT BUY FROM NEBROO dave your money! We can’t even get through to process a refund. What a scam!

Maryanne was very helpful and offered to replace the 3.0 with the infinity upgraded model for no additional charge to try for 120 days or I can return it for a refund. Excellent customer service from her and the company. I look forward to receiving the upgrade and hope it works better for me. Thank you for your professionalism.

I have not purchased yet. I called to ask about the subscription in the fine print. (I read everything before I buy). I listened to bad hold music for more that an hour, then the line hung up. Does anyone know if you have to pay a monthly subscription to keep the warranty?
