I ordered the Nebroo hearing aids. They are just sound amplifiers. Not worth the trouble. Basic model is reasonably priced but can’t filter ambient noise and volume control is a tiny button on the earpiece its self. Difficult to use. Returns are at your expense and returned to Canada. Too expensive to return from Texas, so I’m just out of luck

Maria was very helpful. It was frustrating to get someone to talk to on the phone. I spent more than an hour holding for someone to pick up the phone to talk to me. I hope my refund is processed promptly.

They fit well, sound is a little tingy but when I turn on the induction range I get an unbearable static noise. Any advice?

My Nebroo hearing aids work very well most of the time. Occasionally at the highest volume setting there is a tiny bit of feedback but it is easy to manage by adjusting the volume. Customer service was helpful and friendly.

The rep was very patient with me and walked through the steps needed and in the end a replacement is being shipped out. I love these hearing aids I can understand and don't have to say huh repeat that or anything the sound is perfect. I give 5 stars as these are the real deal.
