I ordered the Nebroo hearing aids because they advertised clarity (which I have an issue with). I received the hearing aids on 8/3/26 and tried to fit them in my ears, but they did not fit.. Now, I have tried to contact them to get a refund address, which I think should be included in the package. I have sent emails and they say they will contact me shortly - NO CONTACT. I have been on hold for 40 minutes as of now and noone is answering the phone. I want to return them and I expect a full refund.

Nebroo is a wonderul company that sells awesome products! Their support team is the best I have encountered in ages! My son recently bought a pair of hearing aids and when I emailed Nebroo about some issues he was having, they responded to my email so quickly and they also provided us with solutions to the issues we were having. I wish so much that more companies were as in sync with their customers as Nebroo.

Shiela, the customer service representative I spoke with is wonderful to work with! I called to cancel my order after having second thoughts on the cost. Not that the cost was unreasonable, it was just really too far out of my budget when I added the “extras” I originally thought were included in the advertisement. She was able to significantly reduce the cost to me, and make the purchase more doable. She was pleasant, patient and courteous throughout the call. Life would be so much easier at times if all customer service representatives were as accommodating and easy to work with! She is a definite keeper for Nebroo, and I hope they recognize her worth directly!

These folks are scam artist. Do not buy these they are junk. If you want to return them no one answers the customer support line. And if you read the return info your have to pay for the shipping back and it is out of the US so it is going to cost you a minimum of $30 plus to send back even if you managed to get a hold of someone
