Took a bit of time but Nebroo did call me back and offered a full refund plus they asked that I donate them to a charity rather than return them.

I had a great Customer Service person, her name was Amanda. We talked about the differences between the Nebroo Pro & the Nebroo Infinity. Amanda knew I needed time so she even called me back the next day. I really appreciated her patience and understanding. I'm still researching the productbut I am sure going with Nebroo & one reason is because of Amanda & her great service. If all their service is as good as her's then I know I'm in good hands because I do not know a thing about hearing aids & I'm a little bit scared & she put me at ease. Thank you Amanda.

I bought the Hebrew Infinity Bluetooth hearing aids the best ones they sell. I was totally disappointed with them and I have yours of experience with hearing aids. I purchase expensive ones like ergo and cheaper ones there's many cheap Hearing Aids on the market and Nebroo is one of them. The their major problems are squeaky feedback when you either put them in your ear, which is expected but these are very bad and you get squeaky feedback if you change modes are volume control. Never seen that problem on any hearing aid before. I bought one set of hearing aids complained to them. They talked me into accepting another free pair and said they were upgraded, and oh by the way the first that I got were obviously return the packaging was messed up. So I got a new set of hearing aids from them try them out it has the same problem there was no upgrade at all the same exact problems. So I told them I wanted a return authorization send them back for full refund, I would send back both pairs. They got back with me and offered me like $120 and I could keep both sets of hearing aids. I didn't like that cuz I thought what am I going to do with too bad hearing hearing aid sets. They made me another offer of $158 and I thought I accepted cuz I don't want to go through the hassle a packing and taking him to the post office. So what do you think I have two free pair of hearing aids I paid like $211 for the one hearing aid set and they sent me another one for free. Do you think they think they're hearing aids are any good, of course not it is obvious they don't want the hearing aids are trying to unload them get them out of their warehouse. They must have got a whole batch of these hearing aids from China from some Lucy goofy outfit at some I'm saying lower cost and they're trying to unload them. I would not recommend these to anybody.
