It is rare to find a customer service rep who is genuinely caring, respects the customer, and cares enough about their concerns to go the extra mile to help in any way possible. I found those qualities in John. When I had issues with my original Nebroo hearing aids and was ready to give up, John stepped in to help. He suggested the Nebroo Infinity BTE (behind-the-ear) aids. It was a world of difference and way more manageable. I'm still making a few adjustments, but John encouraged me to give it a bit of time, and it would all come together. I am grateful for John and his patience with me. He brought my journey to better hearing to a successful end. I'm quite satisfied.

Dealing with nebroo is a nightmare. I was multiple billed with no way to timely contact them so I had to have ny bank stop payment . I became so disgusted with nebroo that I am returning their shipment despite my immediate cancellation and more than a month of whack-a-mole and constant delay of any form of customer support. Return is another nightmare process. Nebroo mandates that returns be mailed to Canada at substantial cost and inconvenience to customers. This foreign country return mandate is not discosed in any of their advertising and is in deliberate derogation of US laws governing non-disclosure by omission of significant facts in advertising.

Cristine, the customer support agent was amazing and I truly appreciate her assistance and profesionalism. After numerous attempts to access Nebroo via emails and calls and frustration and disappointment in customer support, i was directed to the prompt number where I spoke with Cristine on 9/2/26. She was patient, Informative and demonstrated superior customer service. She indicated further communication would be handled by her. After review of the return process, I opted to keep the hearing aids and receive an 80% instant refund on the purchase. I spoke with her today 9/4 and her customer service was outstanding.
