I have had Nebroo hearing aids for about 4 months. I have enjoyed everything about my Nebroos. Recently my LEFT one stopped working. I worked with Nebroo who worked onn on this case, but just agreed to replace the LEFT one, which was defective. They were very helpful and in few days I will have a new AID. They have alot of competition on the market, They lead the way to customer satisfaction. Terry

These cannot easily be returned! False advertising! In their advertising Nebroo states the hearing aids can be returned if you do not like them. However they try everything to convince the purchaser not to return them. Nebroo does not provide a return label or cover the cost of shipping. Only USPS returns are accepted, and the return address is in Canada. Cost of return shipping was 293$$$$ and the package CANNOT BE TRACKED by the USPS. (Cost of return shipping with UPS was 83$ and can be tracked - but Nebroo will not accept this method of shipping.) I will not return the product under their terms. I have disputed the charge. The hearing aid sticks out of the ear like an earplug or headphone, and is extremely ugly. My old set of hearing aids are hands down better.

NEBROO advertises 120 return if no satisfied. The NEBROO Pro Bluetooth did not fit my ears so I asked for a refund . They tried to upsell me to behind the ear aids. I asked for a refund. I was slow played for a long time. Finally I was made to return the hearing aids to a Canada address, which necessitates INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (which is much more than domestic shipping) get a tracking #, take photos of paperwork required for Canada customs. And pay for it out of my own pocket. Even though it was shipped to me from Vernon, California address and originated from Cheyanne, Wyoming ! They offered me $107 to keep the hearing aids which would leave me at a loss of $106.43 for something I can’t use ! NEBROO will make it very difficult and expensive for you to return your product. I will never trust that company again. I shipped the hearing aids back today after jumping through all their loops. No telling how long it will take for them to issue me my refund.

I would not buy hearing aides from Nebroo. I did and the customer service was ok until I decided to return them. They did not help me much at all after that. I was not happy with the hearing aides and they did not help my hearing. I had lots of noise with them and were not comfortable. Customer service is only available by email and they will get back to you fairly quickly until you decide to return them. You won't hear back from them from that point on. The refund policy is a scam. They want you to return the hearing aides to a place in Canada and it was going to cost me $43.00 to return them. I was responsible for paying that. After a couple weeks of emails to them, they responded and told me I could return them but I needed to send pictures of the item and get the ok before returning. They gave me another option, I could keep the hearing aides and they would credit me $59. Either way, I was going to be out about $50 so I took the credit. Don't get fooled by their refund policy. You will not get all your money back! I'll probably get the same Ai generated message for this review that everyone else is getting telling me to send in my order number, etc. They should have that information already. Scammed again! UPDATE: Nebroo customer service contacted me about my review and offered me a refund of the shipping amount and an updated pair of hearing aides. It's to bad someone didn't contact me before I wrote this review. So, I guess there is someone in customer service who cares about my experience. This customer service lady was very nice and we worked out a solution.

The Nebroo devices did not work for me. I contacted support to start the return process and was connected to Maria. She was so very helpful with the return. Very professional and understanding that the devices worked just fine but I didn’t like the feel of the “in the canal” device. Thanks to her the return process was accomplished without a problem.

Dear NEBROO team, I am VERY happy to say that your assistance today was wonderful! I had an issue with the 2nd device I purchased, and Rose did the impossible to help me. She patiently listened to my concerns and was able to give me a very satisfactory solution. I will continue recommending the NEBROO Infinity to everyone who needs one! That’s the Best!

Even though I was unable to make these work, Nebroo was very patient and most helpful in trying to resolve the problem, especially Amanda! Customer service was excellent.
