Nebroo Dishonest Refund Policy

Nebroo does not stand behind their no questions asked return policy. The also don't answer the phone. I emailed for a return on Aug 26. They did not provide me with the return info until about the 20th email (Sept 7th) in which I told them that I filed a complaint with the Rhode Island AG's Consumer Fraud Division. The next email they gave me the info. However they kept trying to get me to keep the units and give me a partial refund, which started at $158, then $198, then $227, them $277. I finally settled for the $277 on Sept 13th and not the full $396 because they are a very dishonest company and I did not trust them to give me my full refund even if I did send them back the Hearing aids. Here is what I said to initiate my return in my first email: "I'm requesting to return because these aids are actually too loud for me. I went to a movie, ate in three restaurants and used them at home. I tried all the settings and even at volume 1, at home when my wife was in the kitchen, it sounded as if my head was in the silverware drawer, and I tried Quiet, Restaurant and Outside. I can't use them. Same at the restaurants. The clatter was very loud on Quiet and Restaurant" It took 19days and 29 emails to get my partial return. Buyer Beware!

We’re truly sorry for the frustration you experienced throughout the return process. We understand how disappointing it must have been to have difficulty reaching our team and to exchange numerous emails before receiving the return information you requested. We’ve been experiencing issues with our phone lines, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We also understand your concerns about the multiple refund options that were presented to you and why the experience left you dissatisfied. We appreciate you sharing the details of your experience, including your concerns about the sound levels and background noise. Your feedback is important to us and will be shared with the appropriate teams as we continue working to improve both our products and customer support experience. We’d still like the opportunity to review your experience further and see if there is anything more we can do to assist. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. ❤️

Poor communication and problems in receiving authorization for nan return and refund.
I have contacted you and left a message on Nebroo’s voicemail after being on hold for over an hour and then being put into voicemail in customer service requesting to return the hearing aids I received because after trying all of the ear domes nothing fits correctly enough to stop the feed back and the ringing. I have also contacted the BBB concerning this matter.
