patricia was able to deal with my frustration with nebroo and offered a nice solution. management needs more customer service people, because last week i was on hold for 45 minutes before i hung up and 2 emails were not answered. this young lady did a great job

Larry was very helpful and, hopefully, I'll be getting a replacement product soon to replace the defective hearing aids.

Nebroo has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen with any company I have ever dealt with. Been left on hold for an hour or more, with the company never answering the phone, and they have never responded to my emails! The left hearing aid just stopped working after two weeks, and I needed it repaired or replaced. But no response from Nebroo!! Terrible to rip off older people who need to hear and living on a fixed income!

Tried it for one day and was not satisfied. Been trying to return it and keep getting a response that they are evaluating my concerns. This has been going on for over a month and still trying to obtain return instructions. I have been clear since the first email that i would like to return it the day after it arrived. Called the support line and after 1 hour was disconnected with a message that an internal error occurred.

Amplifiers do not working for me!!! Won't stay in my ears, can't get sound adjusted. Buzzing when I put them in! Extremely frustrating!! Initially I got a response to my email requesting a refund & info on how to return! They asked for my phone number which I sent. This started on August 28th, I still haven't received a call and I'm put on hold forever when I call them. My order was over $900!! I even asked in my continuing unanswered emails if there was a behind the ear product? September 21st still can't hear & no response! Refunds ate a lie. Scam company! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Brenda walked me through the entire ordering process and helped me pick the right model for my type of hearing loss. She was knowledgeable and never rushed me even though I had many questions. The hearing aids arrived quickly and work exactly as described.

BEWARE of RETURN POLICY It is hard getting the right hearing aides online. I have dealt with a couple companies who never gave me a problem when I returned them. However, my experience in dealing with Nebroo’s customer service, has been a nightmare for the most part. When called for help to return the first pair of hearing aids, they were quick to offer me an upgrade, and I was willing to try them. They sent me an upgrade to try, but would not reset the 120 day trial period. The new pair took about 2 weeks to arrive. Over the past 10 days, I have tried to get a Returns Request Reference. (RRR) and return address to no avail. I have spent more than 5 hours on the phone, numerous emails, with only have a couple weeks left before my return period ends. The one time I did got a real person, he said he would contact the salesperson and have him call me back that night. He never called. I am keeping a record of my communications and pursuing my request by contacting my Credit Card Company and additionally will be contacting my State Attorney General for assistance in this matter.
